Returns & refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. In line with section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act,
returns are accepted where the device does not match what was advertised, is unsuitable on inspection
at delivery, or is defective. Defective products are also covered under the 12-Month TechSociety Warranty.
Warranty
Every device — new or pre-owned — ships with the 12-Month TechSociety Warranty. Pre-owned phones
carry a guaranteed minimum 80% battery health at point of sale. Brand-new devices are factory sealed.
